Redevelopment Now Complete!

Cherokee South Plaza is a $23 million, 118,000-square-foot redevelopment project located in Overland Park, Kansas. Owner and manager Tri-Land Properties, Inc. broke ground in October 2009 with the goal of delivering an improved community destination featuring many upgrades and additional retail offerings.

The future of Cherokee South Plaza includes the construction of three new buildings, outdoor patios, tree-lined walkways, sidewalk planters and public spaces for neighborhood use.  The project also features a 15,000-square-foot stand-alone Walgreens, which opened in March 2010.
